If there is a suspicious lesion on radiological imaging, we recommend a thick needle biopsy. Fine needle biopsy is also performed, but fine needle biopsy gives a steological diagnosis, it may not give a tissue diagnosis. Then it is needed again. It both burdens the patient, hurts him/her and burdens the hospital. If the tissue growth is performed in trukat, we can make a hundred per cent diagnosis.
